Selfie Kiosk lets guests at an event take photos and short videos on their own phones and show them on the event's screens. This page explains, in plain words, what that involves.
What's collected
- The photos and videos guests take through an event's capture page, and the name or message they type to sign them.
- For each event, the organizer's name and email, so we can set up and run the event with them.
Guests don't create an account and aren't asked for an email address or phone number.
Who sees it
Captures are shown on that event's display screens and to its organizers only. They are not published anywhere else, sold or shared.
How long it's kept
Captures are kept until the organizer deletes the event. There's no automatic clean-up. Organizers can hide any capture from the screens at any time.
Your choices
If you'd like a capture removed, ask the event's organizer, or contact UXDiff through the Contact page and tell us the event and roughly when it was taken.
No tracking
Selfie Kiosk uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party fonts or scripts, so there's no cookie banner. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for organizers using the admin area.
