For organizers: what you need
Setup takes minutes. There's no special hardware.
- A screen with a web browser. A smart TV, a laptop on a projector, or a tablet. Landscape, portrait, or one of each.
- Your frame art. A PNG for phones (1080×1440) and one for the screen (1920×1080, or 1080×1920 for portrait). No designer? We can supply a plain frame.
- The QR code where guests will see it. On table cards, signs, or on the screen itself with the "Get Involved" reminder.
Photos stay with your event
Captures are shown only on your event's display screens, never published anywhere else, and they're removed when the event is deleted. No analytics, no advertising trackers.
Questions
Do guests need to download an app?
No. The QR code opens a page in the phone's own browser. There's no app to install and no account to create.
Which phones work?
Any recent iPhone or Android phone with a camera and an up-to-date browser. Guests allow camera access once when they open the page.
How long can videos be?
Up to 10 seconds, which is long enough for a toast, a wave or a dance move, and short enough to keep the wall moving. You can set a shorter limit for your event (3 or 5 seconds).
Can we take a photo off the screen?
Yes. Organizers can hide any capture from the display with one click, at any time, without deleting it.
What kind of screen do we need?
Anything with a web browser: a smart TV, a laptop connected to a projector, or a tablet. You can run a landscape and a portrait screen at the same time.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Your frame art goes around every capture, on guests' phones and on the big screen, and the "Get Involved" message is yours to write.
